The main bridge is a single pylon cable-stayed bridge with combined girders, and the span arrangement is 33.8m+41.2m+145m with deck width of 33m. Steel box girder is used for main beam and prestressed concrete single- box five-cell girder is used for side spans.

The bridge was commenced in December 2002 and completed in December 2003
